Project Overview

The City Center is a two-story mall and three-story parking garage with rooftop parking.  Renzo Piano is the Master Architect.  A continuous exterior perimeter balcony around the Piazza at Level 2 connects the two structures by bridges. In total, the City Center complex will consist of approximately 283,000 sq. ft. net leasable area and 630,000 sq. ft. gross floor area, including the rooftop parking.

Plumbing Highlights

  • Over one-acre building footprint with significant underground:

  • Storm drainage up to 10”

  • Sanitary waste and vent – up to 12’ deep

  • Over one mile of heat trace, remotely monitored by the BMS system with seven control panel locations

  • Three separate grease interceptor systems utilizing deep bury design 3,000-gallon tanks

  • Overhead water, waste, and gas plumbing to all base building services and future tenant areas

  • Roof and garage drainage systems including multiple trench-drains up to 60’ long

  • Complete sand/oil separator system
