Design and construction of 93,250 sq ft of Administration and Support Space, 20,000 sq ft of Transitional Housing, and 139,132 sq. ft. of Detention Center.

Mechanical Highlights

Central plant design incorporates ultra-high efficiency chillers, distributed 4-pipe system.  The indoor mechanical mezzanine consists of seven air handlers serving Support Services and Transitional Housing.  Four outdoor air handlers serve Housing. Full radiant floor heating in Housing Day Rooms. 

The system design adhered to a closely managed energy performance model.
