This 234,000 SF, nine-story Santa Clara County courthouse consolidates six court facilities into 20 courtrooms with secure basement parking and detention. FMB installed three 275-ton chillers, chilled beams, radiant floor systems, and VRF, earning LEED Silver and 2017 ENR Best Project.
