Design and construction of a new single-story, 33,360 SF animal services facility with a capacity for 563 cages, holding area, public adoption center, and spay/neuter clinic.
Mechanical Highlights
- Facility duplex sewage ejector lift station with integrated DDC control alarm monitors.
- Medical gas, scavenger units, scrub sinks, wash basins and kennel trench drain systems.
- Make-up air system linked with exhaust systems to provide 12 air changes an hour.
